Mr. Waldron shared his knowledge of real estate and law, teaching a Real Estate Principals course for seven years. He is a Supreme Court Certified Circuit and Mortgage Foreclosure Mediator who is specially certified to negotiate between lenders and homeowners who are in financial trouble. He uses extensive real estate and legal experience to help sellers maximize the values of their homes while protecting themselves from liability.
James M. Nicholas is the Vice President of Lawyers Real Estate, P.A., and has dedicated his career to forceful, effective advocacy. James earned his law degree from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, and is a lawyer in good standing with the Florida bar. With more than 30 years of experience as an attorney, he is also a Supreme Court Certified Circuit and Mortgage Foreclosure Mediator with a solid reputation in his field.
